Assessment of the impact of weather and climate factors on the fault tolerance of the equipment of the mineral complex

(Russian) В статье указаны факторы, влияющие на работоспособность технологических машин нефтяной и горной отраслей промышленности при их круглогодичной работе в условиях внешней среды. Рассматривается влияние погодноклиматического фактора на работоспособность таких машин Погодно-климатический фактор является одним из наиболее неблагоприятных – с ним связано 17 % отказов механического оборудования машины. Предложено учитывать влияние погодно-климатического фактора на работу карьерных экскаваторов через комплексный показатель – индекс жесткости погоды, учитывающий влияние параметров как холодного, так и жаркого климата на протяжении всего календарного времени работы машины.

Research of influence and nature of the dynamic loading of technological pipeline of gas-distribution station

(Russian) В процессе эксплуатации газораспределительной станции на технологической трубопроводной обвязке узла редуцирования, помимо статической нагрузки от давления транспортируемого газа (трубопровод высокого давления), наблюдается динамическая вибрационная нагрузка (трубопровод низкого давления). В статье описаны результаты исследования механических характеристик металла трубопроводной обвязки, приведен сравнительный анализ показателей механических характеристик относительно условий эксплуатации. Исследован и визуализирован характер динамической нагрузки на узле редуцирования.

Method of express analysis of residual oil containing water

The paper describes a method for express analysis of the composition of water samples for the content of residual oil in them using a series of calibration solutions on a spectrophotometer using the wavelengths of the visible part of the spectrum. The method can be used for express diagnostics of water purification efficiency from oil pollution.

Methods of statistical evaluation of the dynamics of dehydration of fixed volumes of oil emulsions under the influence of a rotating electromagnetic field

The article describes the method of statistical evaluation of the separation of resistant oil emulsions under the influence of a rotating electromagnetic field. At the same time, verification procedures were performed to assess the reliability of experimental results. Single-factor dependences are obtained for the predictive calculation of the water content parameter S as a function of the induction value B of a rotating electromagnetic field with a known optimal exposure time t. The dependence B = f(S) at t = const was also obtained, which allows us to estimate the magnitude of induction B of the rotating electromagnetic field required for the process to achieve a given value of water content S when the oil emulsion is dehydrated. A two-factor dependence of the form S = f(B, t) was also obtained, which allows to evaluate the efficiency of dewatering the emulsion in the case of various combinations of the parameters B and t. The quality assessment of the two-factor linear model was made by a statistical method.

Use of expanded polystyrene concrete for bulk-block construction in the Northern conditions

The erection of buildings from ready-made object blocks in the Arctic zone al-lows to significantly reduce the construction time due to the transfer of more than two-thirds of the works to the factory conditions. The developed material for these purposes (expanded polystyrene concrete) allows reducing the weight of the box-boxes by 25–30 % with a significant increase in crack resistance and durability.

Fine-grained concrete for construction in the northern climatic zone

The possibility of using local raw materials for making building structures from fine-grained concrete in the Northern climatic zone is considered. To improve the properties of such concrete, impregnation with liquid glass is applied, which provides an increase in strength of 3–4 times and is necessary for operation under these conditions of durability.

Magnetic separator for water purification from emulsified particles of oil

Research of the magnetic separator designed for water purification from emulsified oil products, together with highly dispersed magnetic nanoparticles is carried out in this work. Some structural features are identified for it and the principal diagram of the implementation of installation is proposed. In particular, simulation of the magnetic field of the magnets NeFeB is carried out. Due to this the size of the ferromagnetic cartridge is determined. In addition, the optimal arrangement of steel rods for magnetic cartridge is defined.

Frost resistance of concrete with the addition of expanded polystyrene

In construction it is necessary to solve questions of improvement of quality, durability, effectiveness of concrete and reinforced concrete. One of the major reasons for the increase of durability and lifetime of structures is to increase the frost resistance of concrete.
Frost resistance determines the durability and reliable operation of the structures. Frost destruction of concrete reduces the lifespan of structures, reduces the time between overhauls cycles, leading to high costs for repair and recovery.
Research topic involves the implementation of scientific and practical researches in the field of increase of frost resistance of concrete due to the use of polystyrene foam.

Design of new installations for operation of multilayer oil wells

A multipacker installation (MPI) has been designed, which allows operating 3 or more layers separately. The device UORE-RPP has been designed that allows switching stream flows between the layers to operate only one of them, while for operating the other layer it is necessary to perform refitting of plungers. Both of the developed installations were implemented on wells of JSC “Sheshmaoil”, and positive results were achieved. A patent has been obtained.

Optimization of the operation modes of the natural gas heater with the intermediate coolant on the GDS with different capacities

Gas heating is a function that is responsible for the operational duration of the GDS. The gas-preheating unit is located in front of the reduction unit, further a sharp drop in temperature occurs, which subsequently leads to the formation of hydrates and the freezing of equipment, shut-off valves and piping according to the Joule-Thomson effect. In connection with the insufficient level of automation, it became necessary to improve the natural gas heating system by using an automatic control system – Gas heating Control Unit (GHCU), in which it is required to develop an algorithm by which the gas will be heated to the required temperature. In the actual part of the algorithm, data are collected from the sensors located on the GDS and comparing them with the design ones.

Isolation layers and isolation of cross-flows by applying water-swellable packers

Various formulations of produced rubber, samples of which swell in various media, were investigated, analysis of well casing complications was carried out and results of field trial of water- and oil-swellable packers were obtained. Composition of a water- and oil-swellable rubber was developed based on the survey results. Introduction of swellable packers allowed decreasing water cut of wells compared to basic wells and eliminate water shut-off treatments.
