The processes of incrustation are caused by huge amounts of dissolved salts in the heat medium. When being exploited the evaporation of the heat medium leads to the ion concentration in it and reaches its satiation. Further increase of the ion concentration leads to scaling. Heated shielding pipes are subjected to scaling more than any other elements of the heat generator.
Scaling makes the exploitation of the heat boiler more difficult and leads to some negative effects: valve exchange piping is reduced, heating area is overheated, fuel consumption is increased, fan efficiency is reduced, service life of the system is decreased, extra restorations grow in number, and consequently restoration and service
costs are increased.
There are two main methods of descaling: chemical and non-chemical. When the chemical method is applied acid solvents are used for descaling. The nonchemical method is introduced in RD 153-34.1-37.410-00 and it is composed of magnetic, mechanical, hydromechanical, electrohydropulsed and ultrasonic methods.
The non-chemical ultrasonic method of descaling is the most preferable in ecological and economic aspects as it makes it possible to carry out descaling when the heat generating equipment is being exploited without switching it off. This method is widely used in power systems, but it can’t be applied in heat generators with the complicated geometry of shielding pipes.
The ultrasonic method based on acoustic cavitation is the most effective one, because without having close contact with the descaled surface the intensity of ultrasonic field in the liquid is distributed evenly thus making it possible to descale the surfaces with the complicated geometry.
The use of ultrasonic cavitation method in the boilers TVG-8M is considered in this abstract. The acoustic converters (D) connected with the external piping of the heat generator are offered to use. The ultrasonic cavitation method and the scheme of connection of acoustic converters to the external piping of the boiler TVG-8M allow to distribute the cavitation field of descaling in the calorific surface of shielding pipes to its limit and the special design of the node of connection makes it possible to eliminate negative effects of ultrasonic alternating fluctuations to the walls of the pipes of the heat exchanger.
The technological process of descaling of the heat exchanging surfaces of TVG-8M can be carried out in the exploitation as well as in the off-preventive modes.
Applying the acoustic cavitation method of descaling in the internal surface of the heat exchange in the boilers TVG-8M makes it possible to keep the design sizes of the heat generator at the adjusted hydraulic parameters during the whole life service and to make fuel consumption effective due to the lack of scaling on the surfaces of the heat exchange thus providing trouble-free operation of the heat generator.
This article is about actual problem of unsatisfactory work of system of heating of cycle air on GPA-32 Ladoga compressor unit on CS-48: there were emergency stops, caused by insufficient heating of inlet air of axial compressor. Offering solutions in this article are:
1) changing the design of complex air-cleaning device. There is analysis of current design, calculations of parameters of air flow and estimation of processes according to aerodynamics;
2) justification of creation of anti-icing system, based on the principle of infrared heating. To do this the mathematical model GTU GPA-32 was written in Mathcad 15 in the form of the system of linear equations (verification of the results of the calculations and technical specifications was also completed). The influence of heating of air on the operating parameters of the gas turbine in case of increasing heating power assesses on the basis of the mathematic model. According to the analysis of the results, conclusion is made about the optimality of the infrared de-icing system because it requires neither any direct air heating, no consumption of compressed air from the axial compressor of the gas turbine, so it is economically effective.
Proposed impregnation technique with liquid glass of fine-grained concrete for the manufacture of thin-walled reinforced concrete structures in the Arctic zone. The effectiveness of the method is confirmed experimentally: significant increase of physical-mechanical properties – compressive strength, frost resistance, etc. Application of the method in the Arctic zone will increase the longevity of constructed buildings and structures.

On the basis of the analysis appropriate recommendations are given.

The paper considers the tax base of the organization, which has a huge impact on the formation of the results of operations of the organization and the size of the profit remaining at the disposal of the organization. Tax burden of the organization that applies the simplified system of taxation, with the object income, is calculated. Methods and procedures of prevention and elimination of lost circulation are presented, experience of lost circulation control is analysed. Decrease of service life of pumping rods was determined as the viscosity of extracted fluid is growing. Analysis of repairs of Cavity Pumping Units was performed. Means with a proven efficiency for catching the suspended solids in extracted fluid – a tail pipe, a slurry trap and a gas-sand anchor have been developed. Fluids with various viscosities were obtained for determining the sedimentation rate of solids.
The article made the analysis of the existing methodology for the design of pile foundations, its correspondence to the experimental data and introduced a new approach to the design of pile foundations for ultimate limit state based on the author’s model piles and pile foundation.
Summarized the reasons for the violation of the dynamic stability of the drill string in the drilling process. The conditions for vibration-free running of the drill string. It is shown experimentally that oscillatory processes in the electrical drive–drill string adequately describes the two-mass model, which allows the development of the structure of electromechanical systems effectively damping oscillations of the drill string due to the capabilities of the drive.

The paper considers the technique of cash flow analysis on the example of a specific organization according to the financial statements. Cash flows are analyzed by using direct and indirect methods. The amount of net cash flow is predicted by correlation and regression analysis. The duration of financial and operational cycles is determined on the basis of the analysis of receivables and payables. The degree of synchronicity (balance) cash flow is established using the correlation coefficient of positive and negative cash flows.

On the basis of systematization and generalization of scientific works of domestic and foreign authors, the article presents the author’s definition and structure of intellectual capital of the organization. The technique analyzes intellectual capital management efficiency based on the relationship of organization resources. The results of the analysis allowed to identify “weak points” in resource management and to offer recommendations for the improvement of intellectual capital management.

The article explains the procedure of calculation of economic damage caused by formation of the environmental and social impacts in the process of development of natural potential of territories. Methodical recommendations related to the evaluation of impacts within the environmental zones that occur in actual operation around the source of impact at different distances. The conceptual basis for the calculation of economic loss is the reduction of the economic value of a natural resource or a rise in morbidity and mortality depending on the location of the object of perception influence action, i.e. its location in a particular ecological zone. The proposed design equations affect the assessment of economic damage caused by environmental pollution during the development of a mine-Central resource base using open-cut method. De talairan the procedure for calculating the economic valuation of ecological consequences, taking into account the loss of resources within the plant site and the loss of regard with the decline in economic value of natural resources in each of the ecological zones. Proposed average reduction factors economic values and the timing of the restoration of nature’s resources. The order of calculation of economic damages reflected in the proposed algorithm and the list of formulas that reflect the three types of losses associated with zabolevaet stew, disability and mortality.
